Technical Sales Executive (Coating and Protective Paint)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzing paint samples milled.
  • Evaluating raw materials used for paint production to ascertain suppliers claim on efficacy and efficiency.
  • Comparative analysis on competitors statusquo; raw materials used for paint production.
  • Analyzing paint samples from customers and technical insight on report from analysis to meet S.O.N specifications.
  • Nationwide technical support to customers on development of new paint/coating products and improvement on existing ones.
  • Auditing of raw materials for production of Styrene Acrylic co-polymer emulsion in warehouse.
  • Technical visit to customers to introduce new and existing raw materials for paint production.
  • Research and development of new products for customers to aid sales of Protective paint.
  • Testing of raw materials used in the production.

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc. in Chemistry or any related course.
  • Experience in the paints and coating industry would be an added advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great verbal and written communications skills; not afraid to speak up when required
  • Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of software.

 

Sales Executive (Food and Beverage)

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc / HND in related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a SALES EXECUTIVE IN A FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY.
  • Previous experience in selling of food and beverage products.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

 

Colour Matcher

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Sales and Marketing group with product trials, training, technical specification recommendation, colour matching.
  • To implement high quality standards and to support customers’ needs and provide necessary training for continuous improvement on overall productivity.
  • Responsible for vehicle audits/trials.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • To develop and execute all the relevant applicable SOP’s. To ensure process transactions are executed as per defined methods and communication system.
  • To implement the right process of product usage at customers site.
  • Conduct trials of new or existing products and support the Sales Team to WIN business. Provide necessary training to the customers personnel for continuous improvement on the usage of products and maintain food safety standards of the company.
  • Application Support will act as process owner for the Technical side of the business. Designing the application SOP of the range of products.
  • Detailed root cause study for any product variation and customer complaints and to submit report of the same to Management.
  • To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
  • To assess the various information tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
  • To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/ Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years would be needed in colour matching in a reputable auto assembly line.
  • Have experience of using auto refinish paint/ colour matching experience
  • Will be responsible for colour matching while painting cars with existing coating, provide technical support, training etc.

 

Sales Executive (Auto Refinish Paints)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop sales plan and sales strategy for market that ensures attainment of company sales, goals and profitability in consultation with Business Manager/Business Director.
  • Manages sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas.
  • Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
  • The Sales Manager role is also to establish and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
  • Help the Business Head/ Business Director in setting up long term strategy for the Business in Nigeria.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Facilitate FRT in development of sales strategy/policy, processes and procedure and manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOPs also ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of sales region providing guidance, encouraging team work and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.
  • Assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities, scope of new product development and pinpoint bottleneck areas i.e., market threats, competitors initiatives etc. to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability.
  • Ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
  • Develop good customer base, manager customer relations, facilitate business managers/sales head to organize various business meets/seminars to boost customer intimacy.
  • Build accurate and detailed profiling for the key accounts to explore new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and recommend sales budget and monitor financial performance verses the budget to ensure business alignment.
  • Monitor stock inventories in alignment with the budget and re-order level for product as well as packaging.
  • Manages to effective communication by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, providing of formal and informal feedback on performance and training needs – in order to maximize subordinate and department performance.
  • Develop second line successor and drive performance through team to take up higher challenges.
  • Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BE/B.Tech – Paint, Chemicals or Mechanical and PG Qualification will be preferred but not mandatory.
  • Well exposed to B2B & B2C Marketing and must have exposure in leading a team of 4-5 people.
  • Minimum of 10-12 + Yrs. of Experience in selling Auto Refinish Paints & providing technical service to the Body Shop / Furniture Industry.
  • Good knowledge about the Auto Refinish coatings their specifications, application etc
  • As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.

 

Senior Sales Executive (Food and Beverage)

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manages the sales teams and supporting operations required to implement the organizational sales strategy.
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives.

Sales Executive (Household Industrial Products)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To offer technical support to sales team and customers and also to conduct product trials at customer’s place as per business requirement.
  • To carry out analysis of various market samples and analyze the scope of improvement in company’s existing products line.
  • To advise/recommend need for product development as per Organizational requirement and feedback of sales and marketing team for concerned products.
  • To do detailed root cause analysis for any product variation and customer complaints and to submit report of the same to Management.
  • To do accurate documentation of all tests and analysis and submit report to the concerned authority within specified timeline.
  • To communicate with principals on projects and provide monthly, quarterly updates.
  • In the course of interaction and providing services to customers, build sales relationship that will blossom into bigger sales opportunities and expansion in number of SKUs for the sales team and for overall growth in company’s sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc/HND Food Science Tech, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience garnered in sales of hygiene products (Household and Industrial) on B2B and B2C basis.
  • Excellent communication skill as this role also involves scheduling appointments and meeting with high profile and high net worth customers.
  • Proximity to the Island is highly essential.

 

Tecnical Sales Executive (Household Industrial Products)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory and meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Discover and track opportunities, follow up on process leads, and make sure they are properly captured and updated in the CRM system.
  • Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness.
  • Identify and enable the right partners to achieve breadth coverage in the volume market segment and prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients.
  • Invoicing and ensuring full payment collection with the clients and keeping customers informed about new and existing products.
  • Communicate client objectives and be able to translate difficult technical needs to support sales.
  • Generate impactful pipeline through cold calling and lead qualification from the marketing of programs and promotions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders and actively participate in demonstrations and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
