Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Reliability Engineer III to drive asset reliability, optimize equipment performance, and improve production availability across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reliability improvement initiatives and asset performance optimization.
• Analyze equipment and unit performance data to identify reliability threats and improvement opportunities.
• Manage production availability threats and maintain the threats database.
• Benchmark equipment performance against industry standards and similar facilities.
• Support lifecycle asset management, risk mitigation, and loss elimination strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cause-and-effect methodology and reliability best practices.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide expert reliability guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in reliability engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of asset reliability, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle asset management.
• Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership on complex engineering challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated innovation, business acumen, and a track record of delivering high-value technical solutions.
