Job Title: Official Driver

Description

• We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the Sales Manager during official business activities.
• The driver will support the Sales Manager with daily movements, client visits, sales meetings, field trips, and other official assignments. The successful candidate must be punctual, discreet, well-organized, and familiar with major routes within Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for the Sales Manager.
• Drive the Sales Manager to client meetings, sales appointments, business events, and official engagements.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic to ensure timely arrival at appointments.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly fueled and ready for daily assignments.
• Assist with carrying or transporting sales materials, documents, samples, or equipment when required.
• Remain available and flexible during the Sales Manager’s official schedule.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business discussions, client information, and company activities.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, and vehicle maintenance where required.
• Observe all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and members of the public.
• Perform other driving-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager or management.

Requirements

• Valid Nigerian driver’s licence.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional driving experience.
• Previous experience driving for an executive, manager, business owner, or corporate organization is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads and major business locations.
• Good knowledge of alternative routes and ability to navigate heavy traffic.
• Clean and responsible driving record.
• Ability to use Google Maps and other navigation applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong punctuality and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours when business schedules require.
• Neat, presentable, respectful, and professional appearance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Preferred Location: Gbagada, Oshodi, Bariga, Shomolu, Anthony, Maryland and environs.

Benefits

• Pay: 150,000 net per month
• Other Benefits: Pension, HMO and Free company’s products.
