Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• Are you tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and passionate about maintaining robust IT systems that drive business success? We’re looking for an IT Officer to support and improve our organization’s technology infrastructure and help us deliver secure, efficient digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assess and recommend new technologies to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, equipment, and applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliable backup and recovery processes.
• Implement and maintain IT security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus protection.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user access records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported IT incidents in a timely manner.
• Support staff onboarding and training on IT tools and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar IT Officer role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools, data backup systems, and cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA are added advantages.
