Job Summary

• Petforde Technologies is partnering with 3MTT inseeking a smart, organised, creative, and proactive Office Manager /Social Media Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing the company’s online presence across social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate must be highly organized, tech-savvy, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced educational and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily office activities and operations.
• Handle schedules, meetings, appointments, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain office records, reports, and documentation.
• Attend to clients, parents, students, and visitors professionally.
• Ensure smooth communication within the organization.
• Manage office supplies and basic inventory.
• Support event planning, training coordination, and workshops.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
