Job Description

George Houston Resources Limited – Our client, a leading IT company Located in Efon Alaaye, Ekiti State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Efon Alaaye, EKiti
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: IT Sector

Duties

Oversee managing the overall operations of the business
Ensure that the accountant receives all required information to prepare monthly accounts and file all annual accounts
Prepare a daily report sent via WhatsApp to the management group
Ensure the office has fuel required to run
Ensure that the electricity reload is done on time
Plan servicing of the generators
Liaise with the LGI when corpers are needed and attend NYSC meetings as required.
Follow outlined company process to screen corpers and send report to the CEO and CTO with recommendation of who passed the test.
Pick up corpers posted to Fire Hub Limited from the camp.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

B.Sc / HND in any related field
2-3 years Office managing experience
Adaptability and Initiative: Can think on their feet
Age: 25- 45 years
The Applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to Efon Alaaye, Ekiti State.
