Job Title: Office Assistant

Locations: Wuse 2, Wuse 1, Maitama, Utako, and Mabushi – Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
• Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments
• Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary
• Receive and distribute mails, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks
• Support staff and management with administrative tasks as assigned.
