We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant (Male / Female)

Location: Lokogoma, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Filing and record keeping (digital and physical).
• Scheduling and calendar management.
• Data entry and document formatting.
• Despatch and Delivery Services
• Handling of incoming/outgoing mail.

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum of an OND qualification.
• Experience: 1 – 2 years in a similar administrative or clerical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
• Typing proficiency

Communication Skill

• Good verbal and written communication.
• Answering phones and directing calls professionally.
• Drafting basic emails, memos, or letters.
