Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE/WAEC/NECO; OND is an advantage.
• Previous office experience is desirable.
• Ability to perform general office duties, filing, photocopying, scanning and document handling.
• Assist with office errands, dispatch and collection of documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
• Assist with receiving visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be honest, reliable, punctual, hardworking and respectful.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with other members of staff.
• Added advantage: Valid driver’s licence or ability to ride a motorcycle for official errands.
• All applicants should demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability, good communication skills, willingness to learn and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the outdoor advertising, branding, large-format printing, signage or marketing communications industry will be an advantage.
