Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Schedule andplan meetings and Appointments
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain a trusting relationship with suppliers, customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a back office assistant, office assitant or virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time mangaement skilld
• Analytical abilities and optitude in problem solving
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office
• Working knowldge of office equipment through understanding office management procedures.
