Job Summary

• We’re seeking an organized female office assistant to join our team in Benin City. As an office assistant, you’ll provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and ensure a smooth office operation.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle inquiries
• Manage files and documents
• Prepare reports and correspondence
• Coordinate meetings and appointments
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements

• OND/HND or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Female candidates only

Salary
N70,000 / Month.
