Responsibilities

• Keeping the office organised
• Perform administrative tasks to support smooth operation
• Typing, data – entry , documentation and organising files
• Ensure that all facilities is in shape.
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• OND or SSCE
• proven experience in administration or or office assistance
• Problem Solving Skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to use Microsoft packges
• Ability to multitask
