Office Assistant/ Cleaner / Front Desk Personnel

Responsibilities

  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as need
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • General office cleaning
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be very neat and presentable
  • Must be well spoken and have good communication skill
  • Must have good attention to details
