Job Title: Nursing Associate (Paediatrics)

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a qualified and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatments, supporting medical procedures, and providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to paediatric patients in line with clinical standards
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in patients’ conditions
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and nursing documentation
• Educate parents and caregivers on treatment plans, medication use, and child health management
• Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment at all times
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
• Additional certification or proven experience in paediatrics is highly preferred
• Minimum of 1–3years’ relevant nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of paediatric care principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle children with patience, empathy, and care
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
