Job Brief

• Oversees Active and Passive Network Monitoring & Support Operations

KPI

• Incident Resolution Rate
• Network Availability
• NOC meantime to Resolve (MTTR)
• SLA Compliance
• NOC Time to Action
• Interpret external alarms to ensure availability of power on all managed sites.

Requirements
Educational Level:

• First Degree in Electrical / Telecommunications / Computer / Information Systems or any related discipline.

Experience:

• 1-3 years hands-on experience in telecom sector.
• Candidate must possess excellent customer interface, analytical and presentation skills and be able to influence internal and external organizations.
