We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: NOC Analyst (Mobile Networks)

Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are seeking a proactive NOC Analyst with experience in mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) to monitor, analyze, and ensure the stability of our cellular infrastructure.
  • The role is critical to maintaining uptime, detecting faults early, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor mobile network elements including BTS, BSC, RNC, eNodeB/gNodeB, and core network systems.
  • Detect and respond to alarms or service degradations across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.
  • Log and escalate network faults promptly, following incident management procedures.
  • Coordinate with RF, Transmission, and Core teams for issue resolution.
  • Perform first-level diagnostics and support for mobile network issues.
  • Track KPIs (call drops, traffic loads, availability) and generate performance reports.
  • Support planned maintenance activities and service restoration efforts.
  • Maintain shift handover reports and follow established escalation protocols.

Requirements

  • Degree or HND in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a NOC or mobile network monitoring role.
  • Understanding of mobile technologies: GSM, UMTS, LTE, and preferably 5G.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and fault management tools (e.g., NetAct, OSS, Huawei M2000, ZTE U2020).
  • Good grasp of telecom KPIs and network performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
