We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: New‑Energy Sales Representative (Solar & Energy Storage)

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new business opportunities: develop clients in Lagos and surrounding areas.
• Manage key clients and establish and maintain long‑term business partnerships.
• Execute business strategies set by the company and hit performance targets.
• Independently conduct product demonstrations and negotiate business contracts.
• Conduct regular on‑site client visits within Lagos.

Job Requirements

• College diploma or above.
• Minimum of 1‑year sales experience. Candidates with sales background in solar‑energy, diesel generator or CCTV businesses are preferred.
• Proven track record in channel development, business negotiation and deal closure.
• Familiar with PV modules, hybrid inverters or lithium‑battery energy‑storage products.
• Good English communication skills, competent in cold‑calling / cold visiting, able to work under performance pressure.
• Proactive working attitude, aged between 20‑30.
• Resident in Lagos and available for offline client meetings.
• Compensation: Base salary + high uncapped performance commission. Salary negotiable.

Salary Range
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
