Job Title: Network Operation Centre Engineer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Keep our network alive and thriving — monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues before they escalate.
• Perform routine maintenance and implement preventive measures to ensure 24/7 reliability.
• Respond swiftly to incidents and document resolutions with precision.
• Analyze network metrics to spot bottlenecks and boost performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless operations.

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years in NOC or network operations (Telecom/ISP experience preferred).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and more.
• Hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP? Big plus!
• Problem-solving ninja with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
