Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Nigeria (HQ-Based)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers and their teams to achieve targeted revenue goals across all regions.
• Establish and expand sales channels across all geopolitical zones of Nigeria, ensuring optimal market
• coverage.
• Design and implement sales incentive schemes, trade promotions, and distribution policies.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. or above in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
• Age: 35-45 years.
