Job Title: National Business Manager

Job Summary

• We are a leading pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our team as a National Business Manager (NBM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage Regional Managers and field sales teams across the country.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive market expansion, business growth, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure effective execution of business plans.
• Prepare and present periodic sales and business performance reports to Management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• 7–10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country.

Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 monthly.
