Job Title: Multilayer / Extrusion Machine Operator

Location: Emene, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Multilayer/Extrusion Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining multilayer/extrusion machinery to ensure smooth production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multilayer/extrusion machines to ensure continuous production.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot minor machine faults and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate production logs and reports.
• Assist in training junior operators when necessary.
• Work in shifts as assigned, including readiness for overtime when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in multilayer/extrusion operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of extrusion machinery and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and under shift schedules.
• Willingness to relocate to Enugu.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.

Work Schedule:

• 2-shift system: Morning and Night shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday: Half-day for morning shift (closes by 1 PM), off for night shift
• Sunday: Off for all shifts
• Overtime applicable when necessary and compensated separately.

Salary / Benefits

• NGN 100,000 – 150,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Shift allowance where applicable
• Overtime pay for additional hours
