Job Title: Multi-Site Civil Engineering Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

• Our client seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead high-value construction projects from inception to completion.
• You’ll be the linchpin ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality, while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, budgets, resources) for multi-site construction projects.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track amid challenges.

Financial & Operational Excellence:

• Control project budgets, negotiating with vendors/subcontractors to maximize value.
• Optimize resource allocation (materials, labor, equipment) to prevent delays.

Quality & Safety Enforcement:

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and necessary industry standard requirements.
• Lead by example in ensuring safety on the project sites

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary client liaison, delivering regular progress reports.
• Resolve conflicts among teams/subcontractors to maintain workflow harmony.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Construction Engineering/Building Technology or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in managing high-value construction projects (residential/commercial/industrial).
• Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
• Certifications: PMP, COREN, NSE (preferred).
• Proficiency in Civil Design software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil, Revit, Prota Structure, etc

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with EPC contracts.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project.
