Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Mixer Operator to prepare and mix raw materials according to approved formulas and production standards.
• The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to maintain consistency and quality throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients according to specifications.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure product quality and consistency throughout production.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Record production data and report any issues or equipment faults.
• Follow health, safety, and quality control procedures.

Requirements

• OND, HND, SSCE, or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to follow instructions and production formulas accurately.
• Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not required.
