We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mill Manager

Location: Odogbolu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mill operations, including sterilisation, digestion, pressing, clarification and kernel recovery.
• Monitor production performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Plan and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of mill equipment.
• Maintain product quality standards and production documentation.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE usage and incident reporting.
• Manage and coordinate manpower and mill shift operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in palm oil milling or related milling operations, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of palm oil milling processes, equipment, maintenance and quality control.
• Experience in related milling operations is an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Salary
N700,000 – N900,000 per month.
