Job Role
Position Overview:

  • As a Mid-Level Human Resource Professional with a focus on the tech industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies to support our organization’s growth and success.
  • This position requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of the tech sector, as well as the ability to navigate a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the recruitment process for tech-related positions, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and attract top candidates.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and skilled talent pipeline.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to tech teams, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the values of the tech industry.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Stay current on tech industry trends to ensure HR practices align with evolving norms.
  • Collaborate with tech leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs within teams.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the technical and professional skills of employees.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognizing the unique aspects of the tech industry.
  • Organize and support tech-focused events and activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years work experience as a Human Resource Professional with a focus on the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of tech-related roles, skills, and trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative work environment.
