We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Micro Credit Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Prospect and assess potential clients.
• Verify clients and guarantors’ residences and business locations.
• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and required documentation.
• Analyze financial data of client businesses.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets and ensure full recovery of disbursed funds.
• Minimize Portfolio at Risk (PAR).
• Drive revenue through new account acquisition and key account management.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid model (primarily field-based).
• Minimum educational qualification: SSCE (O’level).

Salary and Benefits

• Potential to earn up to N500,000 or more in both base pay and commission.
• Opportunity to transition to full staff status after 3 months of consistent high performance.
