Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for client businesses and RankReform’s internal projects.
• The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience running Meta ads, understanding campaign objectives, targeting the right audience, creating ad structures, managing budgets, and improving performance for leads, sales, and conversions.
• This role is for someone who can work independently, deliver measurable results, and clearly demonstrate past or current experience in running ads successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Set up campaign objectives, audience targeting, placements, budgets, and ad creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Write or guide ad copy and creative direction for high-converting campaigns.
• Track leads, conversions, click-through rates, and return on ad spend.
• Test different ad creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
• Provide performance reports and insights with recommendations for improvement.
• Work with the marketing team to align paid advertising campaigns with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience with 2-3 years experience.

Applicants must have:

• Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign setup.
• Ability to generate leads, conversions, or sales through paid advertising.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, pixel setup, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage ad spend effectively.
