Loyalty Solutions Limited is a Loyalty Marketing Bureau based in Nigeria, West Africa and our team represents over 200 years of cognate experience in Loyalty Program Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. We are experts in providing corporate customers with the specialist knowledge and services for the optimum design of customer loyalty & reward programs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Merchant Acquisition

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • To identify & recruit Merchant Partners (benefit & merchandise) nationwide based on client requirements & specifications.
  • To harness & support dedicated resources for the delivery of Redemption Verification & Merchandise Provisioning Services at Merchant Partner locations.
  • To establish and maintain corporate service standards (SLAs) for the delivery of Benefit Redemption Services by Merchant Partner locations.
  • To support the activities of the Projects Unit, ensuring effective and efficient relationship management of all Merchant partners in Nigeria.
  • Collaborate with relevant functional units to ensure the maintenance & accuracy of merchandise/reward content contained in the Company’s Inventory Management & Rewards applications.
  • Assist in building & developing relationships with senior-level partner personnel staff (merchant partners).

Client Management:

  • Support the administration & reporting for day-to-day company’s Client Merchant Partner Account operations.
  • To thoroughly understand company redemption/fulfillment workflow processes for the development and implementation of client projects, and to communicate with all relevant functional units and support service delivery for customers.
  • Work with dedicated and non-dedicated resources to ensure Team Handshake implementation and profitable Client management.
  • Provide & manage the daily Stock/Inventory and Pricing Administration/Reporting between the company and its Merchant Partners.
  • To provide ‘project implementation & support services’ for ‘Loyalty and CRM Projects’ undertaken by the Company. This will include, but is not limited to project consulting, client liaison, and other specific tasks allocated to you to support the company’s activities.

Expectations:

  • Support the company’s Account Manager for clients who have loyalty programs under management by the company.
  • Act as the liaison between the company and Merchandise & Benefit Suppliers.
  • Drive administration & reporting of day-to-day Client Redemption Activities
  • Assist Client Managers with program development/review and management and contribute to account planning.
  • As part of a team, assists in developing project assumptions and initial estimates for approvals, including fee and pass-through budgets for client programs.
  • Ensures Team Handshake process is followed; obtains timely internal and client sign-off on budgets.
  • Ensure projects are kept on budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry, e-commerce, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
