Job Title: MEP – Plumbing Engineer

Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled MEP-Plumbing Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the construction industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, supervising, and ensuring the efficient installation and maintenance of plumbing systems across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plumbing System Design: Develop and review plumbing layouts, schematics, and technical drawings for construction projects.
• Project Supervision: Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Maintenance Oversight: Monitor and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and system performance evaluations.
• Vendor & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of plumbing materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP-plumbing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
