Job Summary

• The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Designer is responsible for designing the infrastructure systems of industrial buildings, ensuring efficient and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs for industrial facilities.
• Ensure optimal HVAC, lighting, and water systems for functionality and energy efficiency.
• Prepare detailed MEP blueprints and oversee implementation during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP, Revit, and HVAC software.
• Strong knowledge of building services, safety codes, and energy efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize MEP systems.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
