Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Locations: Lagos Island / Mainland – Lagos and Abeokuta – Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and hospitals.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background in Biochemistry or Microbiology, with proven ability to build client relationships, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service in the medical sales field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions by visiting existing and potential customers to assess their needs, present product solutions, and promote relevant services.
• Answer customers’ questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Negotiate all orders with prospective customers.
• Maintain customer records
• Organize and conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders
• Obtain deposits and balance of payment from customers.
• Work closely with the marketing and Coordinatesales efforts with marketing programs.
• Help to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Prepare weekly and monthly report
• Understand and promote company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related life sciences discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated.
