Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Locations: Abia, Jos – Plateau, and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals, while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets within the territory.
• Identify and onboard new customers (pharmacies, hospitals, distributors).
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular field visits and product presentations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at client locations.
• Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in a Science-related field.
• 4 – 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Salary & Benefits

• N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
• Commission on all products sold.
