We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, & Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a qualified and performance-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s range of medical and laboratory products, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of organizational sales objectives.
  • This role is for professionals who understand the medical sales environment and are hungry to outperform targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell assigned medical and laboratory products within the assigned territory
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and close new accounts
  • Grow and manage existing client portfolios to increase monthly revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and after-sales support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedbacks
  • Prepare sales reports and submit regular activity updates.

Requirements

  • A Degree or relevant qualification in Biological or Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years relevant experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently and meet defined performance targets
  • Residency in Lagos, Abuja or Kano is mandatory.
