We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

What We’re Looking For

  • As Medical Sales Executive at Vitavisco, you will push Company medical products in assigned territories, increasing brand visibilty and market share.
  • This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to achieve sales objectives.
  • You will align sales strategies with our corporate strategy to foster sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do
As our Medical Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager performing the following:

  • Effective distribution of Company’s products in assigned territory.
  • Execute “test market” campaign of new products and exploit their market potentials to the fullest in assigned territory.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of Regional Sales Plan.
  • Develop existing and future key distributors in assigned territory.
  • Monitor trade relations between, key distributors, non-key distributors, and sub-dealers.
  • Develop and manage existing and potential institutional outlets and organizations in assigned territory.
  • Constantly monitor the market trend with a view to maintaining and increasing the Company’s share of the market in assigned territory.
  • Recommending and coordinating in-store specific promotions.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in the management and coordination of regional trade shows and events

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical Sciences, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Sales of Pharmaceutical or Recreational products is a big plus!).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
