Job Description

• The Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analyzing media content across all platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and communication.
• This role involves overseeing social media, digital campaigns, press releases, and internal media content to ensure consistency, creativity, and alignment with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic media and content plans for the company
• Manage all digital and traditional media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, print, etc.)
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts
• Monitor media trends and competitor activities to keep content relevant
• Coordinate media coverage for company events, product launches, and PR opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and content creators
• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
• Lead content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms
• Supervise photography, videography, and media production for campaigns
• Support internal communication with creative materials and updates
• Handle media crises or negative publicity professionally and promptly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or related field
• 3+ years experience in media management, digital marketing, or related roles
• Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in media tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and engagement strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
