Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Location: Alaba, Coker – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Resolve electrical breakdown/faults in the plant.
• Prepare daily report on corrective and preventive action for breakdown of more than 4 hours.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of chillers,Air compressors, water pumps, DG,HT Line and LT panel.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards (Zenith,Coke,FSMS0 and maintain related documents.
• Ensure that preventive maintenance is followed and carried out as directed by the maintenance in charge.
• Implement systems such as daily checklist and ensure that the procedures are followed regularly.
• Maintain hand over log book and highlight /report incidents to team mambers.
• Identify the areas and need of modernization and modifications of equipment and processess and report to Maintenance in charge.
• Implement safety rules and guidelines as per the regulatory requirements and support team members for job flexibility (intra & inter team).
• Based on daily parameter readings analyze and predict the failure of the parts and arrange for remedial action like replacement.
• Proactively identify areas of obstruction and breakdowns.
