We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Technician (Food Packaging Machines)

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machines and other food packaging equipment.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations by carrying out timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while upholding safety and food industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and optimize VFFS and other food packaging machines.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot faults quickly and effectively.
• Support production teams to meet output and quality targets.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and spare parts usage logs.

Requirements

• Trade Test 1, 2, 3, OND, B.Sc / HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with VFFS machines and packaging equipment in the food manufacturing sector.
• Previous work experience in the FMCG and food processing industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Reside in Sagamu or immediate environs.
