Job Title: Mechanical Service Engineer Coordinator

Location: Oshodi-Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating service engineer schedules and assignments
• Managing customers requests and feedbacks
• Monitoring service quality and performance
• Liaising bween engineers, customers and management
• Handling logistics and resource allocation
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers
• Handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
