Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Onne Port Terminal

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that mechanical maintenance is carried out properly & safely as per the requirement of the plant/terminal.
• Carry out maintenance of plant/terminal’s mechanical equipment.
• Train subordinate in order to ensure that mechanical maintenance is done timely and correctly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of job areas and plant in general.
• Ensures spares requirement planning.
• Monitor and evaluate mechanical systems during  operation to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to young engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with the lastest advancements and trends in Mechanical Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 9 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Experience in project management and coordination of engineering activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
