Job Titles: Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities
System Design and Installation:

• Design and supervise installation of mechanical and electrical systems for buildings.
• Ensure systems comply with technical specifications and safety standards.

Quality and Performance Monitoring:

• Inspect M&E installations to verify efficiency, quality, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults or performance issues.

Coordination and Compliance:

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors on system integration.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in building services or construction projects.
• Professional certification or membership in relevant engineering body preferred.
• COREN certification is an added advantage.

Working knowledge, skills and competencies and attributes:

• Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or related software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project coordination and communication abilities.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
