Job Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and test mechanical components, machinery, and systems.
• In this role, you will lead projects through the full product development cycle—from initial concept and CAD modeling to prototyping, manufacturing support, and quality testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:  Create 3D CAD models, schematics, and detailed technical drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Analysis & Testing: Perform thermal, stress, and fluid dynamics calculations (FEA/CFD) to validate structural integrity and performance.
• Prototyping: Build and test prototypes to evaluate reliability, troubleshoot performance failures, and optimize product designs.
• Manufacturing Support: Oversee production processes, ensure adherence to design specifications, and work with vendors to source materials.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and ensure all mechanical systems meet local, national, and industry regulatory standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with electrical engineers, project managers, and technicians to coordinate project timelines and system integration.

Requirements & Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: [X+] years of experience in mechanical design or manufacturing engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) and FEA/CFD simulation tools.
• Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective oral and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Project management experience.
