Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Materials Lead III to oversee the planning, coordination, and movement of materials, equipment, and parts, ensuring timely delivery to support project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expedite the flow of materials, equipment, and assemblies across departments and project sites.
• Oversee inventory, shipping, delivery, storage, and material tracking records.
• Monitor the transportation of materials and ensure timely delivery in line with project priorities.
• Coordinate the repair and assembly of company-provided materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and materials management standards.
• Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in achieving project delivery objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in materials management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry equipment, materials, and their application in plant operations.
• Extensive experience using SAP Material Catalogs and search tools.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and materials management processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
