Excel Charis Pharmaceutical Chemical Limited is an indigenous pharmaceutical company, established in June 2012. Active marketing of products started in June 2013. We are into active marketing of different segments of drugs such as Oncology, Fertility, ICU, Antipsychotic, Antihypertensive, Antibiotics, pain management, OTC and other lines.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Team Lead

Location: Orile, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating and assume full responsibility for the Actualization of the total sales objectives of the region.
  • Prepare and execute successful sales plans that meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and budgets for both sales and collection
  • Monitoring and controlling of sales of collection, ensuring that the customers debts goes in-line with the companies policies regarding age receivables
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Developing and implementing go to market strategies aimed at unlocking and achieving agreed sales target
  • Organize brand promotion, drive brand development and market activation.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence are felt in the market
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Performance monitoring, field research and evidence gathering/ Strategic planning with the organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Providing leadership and direction in sales administration/ polices formulations and implementation, regulations, compliance and improvement plan.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in related field
  • 4 – 5 years as a team lead
  • Evidence track record in consistently meeting or exceeding targets sales,
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and expertise experience in marketing and detailing of pharmaceutical drugs especially strong ethical drugs
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
