We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Sales Manager

Locations: Kubwa, Gwarimpa, Bwari and Dawaki – Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of our food processing company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive product demand, and support overall business growth.
  • This role requires strong leadership, creativity, market insight, and an understanding of consumer behavior in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Build and manage the company’s brand identity and positioning across all channels.
  • Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct regular research to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  • Use data and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Digital & Traditional Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Plan and manage offline marketing initiatives including packaging, POS materials, events, and trade shows.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across all platforms.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a marketing team (if applicable), including marketers, designers, and content creators.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
  • Track marketing performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum [X] years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, consumer behavior, and brand management.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media, CRM systems).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
