Job Description

The job responsibilities for this position include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with product development teams to support new product launches.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media and content marketing.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify and attract potential customers
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships
• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to represent the company
• Stay updated with latest product knowledge, marketing promotions and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of HND or BSc in a relevant field.
• Possession of a higher degree will be an advantage.
• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• A previous experience in the same role in an FMCG company will be an advantage.
• Also have an experience with an Audit firm will also be an advantage.
