We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Revenue Generating Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Revenue Generating Specialist to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing marketing campaigns, identifying revenue opportunities, and leveraging digital marketing tools to maximize earnings for both the company and our affiliates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase revenue generation.
  • Identify and analyze trends to optimize affiliate marketing performance.
  • Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the affiliate network to drive engagement and enhance revenue streams.
  • Monitor and report on key revenue performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and conversion strategies to increase profitability.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the product and content teams to create high-converting marketing materials.
  • Build partnerships and explore new revenue-generating opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue-focused marketing roles, preferably in affiliate marketing or digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of email marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
