Job Brief

• As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company’s services.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to reach our target audience effectively.
• Your role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, print materials, social media, and email campaigns.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as IT and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
• Assist in the planning and execution of programs to promote the company and its products/services.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to suggest innovative ideas and strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to enhance the company’s brand reputation and foster business growth.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, such as graphic design, printing, and advertising.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an O’Level, ND, HND / B.Sc
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or market.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of branding principles and experience in maintaining brand consistency across different marketing channels.

Basic Salary

• N20,000 / Month
• Commission; N20,000/ Per referral
