Job Overview

• The Marketing Officer (Events) will be responsible for executing marketing and sales strategies aimed at enlisting, onboarding, and managing new users and event vendors onto the Clannit app.
• This role involves enlisting events vendors, attending events, and building partnerships The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building and driving app usage.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Recruitment: Actively recruit events Service providers and enlist their businesses on the app marketplace.
• Event Outreach & Promotion: Promote App to event attendees and event Hosts. Drive activations by attending events and exhibitions to increase awareness and onboarding of new users.
• Grassroot Marketing: Organise Below-the-line and grassroots marketing activities to create brand awareness and drive app downloads. Track lead generation at high-traffic locations.
• Database Management: Build and maintain a database of event organizers and vendors for targeted outreach.
• Follow-Up & Reporting: Follow up with potential leads, track and report on the success of offline activities, and provide feedback.

Required Skills

• Experience in community engagement, grassroots marketing, or direct sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
