Job Title: Marketing Manager

Description

• We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive business growth.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media activities, coordinating promotional activities, monitoring marketing performance, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
• Create and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
• Identify new customer acquisition and business growth opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing and online advertising.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of marketing resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and relevant external organizations.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend new marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent company branding across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, retail or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behaviour.
