We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager – Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Food Product Marketing Business to Customer (B2C)

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

  • The Marketing Manager (B2C) will focus on building the company’s brand, engaging with consumers, and driving sales through innovative marketing campaigns.
  • This role is central to understanding consumer needs, shaping brand perception, and ensuring product visibility across retail and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Consumer Insights & Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and buying behaviors.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for product differentiation.

Brand Development & Management:

  • Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the company’s image and market presence.
  • Create compelling marketing content and materials tailored to the target audience.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email marketing, and search engines.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Retail Promotions:

  • Design and manage promotional activities to boost product sales in retail outlets and supermarkets.
  • Work with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.

Event Management:

  • Organize and oversee product launches, sampling campaigns, and other events to enhance consumer engagement.

Customer Engagement:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive brand experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C marketing within the FMCG or food product sector.
  • Strong creative skills and a proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behaviour and digital marketing tools.
